inappropriate affectionate behavior on the school
campus. A letter was also sent home to the parents with
the same information.
Old
Business:
-
The
Chevy’s fundraiser raised $902.59. It was discussed
that other restaurants should be investigated, as this
is a very easy way to raise money for the school.
Suggestions included Fresh Choice, Red Boy’s, and High
Tech burrito.
Fundraiser updates:
-
Auction:
It was discussed that it will become very important that
parents refer friends to the c-market website to
generate more business on the silent auction. The
c-market will be available from March 26th
until April 26th. There is a link on the OLL
website.
-
The
PTG will donate the pancake breakfast portion of the
“Ride a Fire truck to school” donation. PTG is also
donating the Hot Lunch cards.
-
Eight volunteers from OLL donated their time to the St.
Isabella’s auction on March 17th.
New
Business:
-
The
Knights of Columbus asked that the PTG help coordinate
the decorations for the St. Patrick’s dinner on
Saturday, March 17th. Members of the board
volunteered to purchase and organize additional helpers
to decorate the hall.
-
It
was decided that May 4th would be a good date
to hold the Sock Hop. Members of the board volunteered
for different aspects of the event. We will finalize
those plans in April.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:30. The next meeting will be
Tuesday, April 10, 2007.
