was made to approve the May minutes. It was seconded and
passed.
Pastor’s Report:

More students are requesting financial aid. There is
$15,000 in unpaid tuition. The Board needs to evaluate
whether or not the PTG can support some of this aid.

Research is being done regarding the feasibility of
outsourcing computer education for the classroom

Chairperson’s Report:

New families are requesting more communication. The
board will create a survey and questions will address
what type of communication families are searching for
and the best way to deliver the information.

A
proposal was presented by parents from the Kindergarten
class to add another fund-raiser in February of next
year with a ‘Sweetheart’s Dance’ for fathers and
daughters. The board will discuss the proposal in
August.

Next year’s ‘Back-to-school Pot luck’ will be
reintroduced and Cindy Wise has volunteered to help
chair that event. It will take place on a Saturday
following the 5:00 Mass.

Auction report: the solicitation group will be active
over the summer.
