Opened the meeting with a prayer.
Principals Report:

notice will go in the Wednesday Window regarding baked
goods for the Christmas Pageant reception. More
donations are needed.

St.
Vincent Family adoption—4 families were adopted and the
student council was involved planning and collecting
items for that project.
PODD dress would be given
for those students donating canned goods for that project.
Chairperson’s Report:

Santa parties are organized and ready to go.

Kasey Pine will be responsible for debriefing the
chairperson of the auction and discussing what worked
and what needs to be changed.

February general meeting agenda is complete. Budget
review will be discussed and a representative from the
Finance Board will speak.

Duty list for executive board needs to be reevaluated.
Liaison for fundraisers may become part of the 2nd
vice chairs’ responsibility.
