Opened the meeting with a prayer.
Prior Minutes:
A motion was made to approve the minutes. It was seconded
and passed.
Principals Report:

Head Master Pro in-service held. Program is working and
by next year attendance will be done in class.

Classroom shades are wonderful.

Proposed an information flyer should be sent out
regarding the success of our recent fund raisers and
amount raised.
Auction Update:
-
Sign-up parties left over and will be announced in the
Wednesday Windows. Brochures are going out.

A
bill will be issued from the rectory for the 10% of
parties.

Fund-in-need exceeded expectations.
-
A
wrap-up meeting will be held on Thursday, November 17,
to talk about staffing and complete the binder for next
year.

A
person will be asked to shadow Tina Mohn to transition
the position of chairperson for the auction.

A
new date is being considered for next year, before
Halloween.

Consideration is being given also for a new venue and a
new band.

February General Meeting: School Board will present
tuition changes. There will be a general discussion and
ideas included Technology and a Speaker for Kids on
awareness of what’s going on in the world and issues of
choking.

A
flyer will be created for the February meeting thanking
the different leads for fundraising.

PTG
board is responsible for assisting with the Santa
parties and members volunteered for donations.
